[nabs-l] what do you do if you get lost

I agree. The first step would be to try and calm down in order to see if I
could figure out where I was. Then, if after giving myself some time to
figure it out I could not ascertain where I was I would go into a business
and ask someone or simply ask someone around me if there are people around
me. I would only ask emergency professionals if it was in fact an
emergency.
