I'd say call them, with your computer in front of you, and when
they try to say it's your problem, take the steps that cause the
bug to happen on your computer for the rep to hear, and then
reiterate that it's not your problem.

"The real problem of blindness is not the loss of eyesight. The
real problem is the misunderstanding and lack of education that
exists. If a blind person has the proper training and
opportunity, blindness can be reduced to a mere physical
nuisance."

P.S. The I C.A.N. Foundation helps blind and visually impaired
youth in Maryland say "I can," by empowering them through
providing assistive technology and scholarships to camps and
conventions which help them be equal with their sighted peers.

That's what I was trying to avoid. I hate it when I write in to
report a
bug, and they make it sound like it's my problem, not the
software.

Just send it to tech-support. They are generally not very
helpful though.

Please excuse me for the slightly off topic post. I tried
asking on the
CS list, but I did not get an answer. When reporting a bug
about JAWS to
Freedom Scientific, is there an official website or email, or do
you just
send it to the regular tech support?
