[nabs-l] NATIONAL CONVENTION DELEGATIONS AND nfb training centers was Re: hello

This thread got me thinking.  I'm going to national convention 
with the Louisiana Center of the Blind (LCB.) So, will I still be 
able to sit in the Maryland delegation (I'm from Maryled,) or 
will I need to be in the LA delegation?
