I do not know how late I am joining this thread.  However, store circulars are a good start.  Shops such as riteaid, target, walgreens, and stop-and-shop all have search fields for searching the weekly add.  CVS used to have a good one until 2009.  You may also want to try searching manufacturers websites or calling directly.  They can sometimes send you coupon books.  There are other online coupon services; albeit, time consuming though since you have to respond and print them out within a period of time after receiving the email.  they do that to avoid people from reusing duplicates.  Finally, regarding food shopping, you may want to search your area for a food coop.  This allows one to have a membership and buy at cheeper rates.  Often, you are buying specialized products at rates cheeper than wholesale.  Hope this helps.
