[nabs-l] Black board question

Hello,
CSU made it a major point at the NFB convention that all their classes and 
websites were accessible. They use blackboard, so I would guess that it must 
be.
I've already found a couple inaccessible things on CSU's website, so I've 
been giving them an ear full.
