Is Twitter like Facebook; does the mobile site work better than 
the regular one with JAWS? Would it be better to use the Twitter 
Web site or a client?

Jaws used to work with accepting followers until a few months 
ago.  So
far, I've found NVDA to be the best way to accept them.
