Hi,
I am so sorry to hear you are going through this. I went through the same
thing until I was almost twenty years old when I gained control of my own
account. My parents before that took my money and used it for what they
wanted and I never knew how much money I had in my account or how much money
was deposited each month. It is very frestrating but I to got the message if
you don't like then you can leave, and a few times I was put out of my house
just because I wanted some independence. I was a young person that wanted to
learn how to navigate my life. At 19 I had to learn a lot of things in a
hurry. I didn't know anything about a checking account or how they work. I
wonder if this happens to a lot of blind people. It is a shame but in many
cases we have no choice. Take care!
