[nabs-l] Subscribing to the Student Slate

Hello Roanna,

I am not quite sure exactly what the subscription for the Student Slate is, 
but it would appear as though there are currently some issues with the 
website. I would suspect they may be in the process of updating it, but I do 
not know for sure.

I received an issue of the Student Slate just before national convention, 
but I never saw it posted to the list for those who do not have an 
individual subscription. Therefore, I am posting it as an attachment for 
those who may be interested in reading it while they work on the website. I 
found it to be a good read.
