When you open the floor for questions, make a joke something like, "You can 
raise your hand, but it is going to petrify and turn to stone before I see 
it. So, just call out your name if you have a question. I will repeat your 
name and that gives you the floor to speak." That way, you do not have to 
wonder if someone is trying to get your attention or not. I hope this helps.
