Brandon,

I would set up a separate Gmail account for your club, then send out
an email to all the addresses you have. I know you can set up a group
of contacts in Microsoft outlook. Unfortunately, I don't know how to
do this, but I know it can be done. You could also create an email
list using Google groups, yahoo groups, freelist, or another such
service.
