I believe that .brf is one of the formats that you can receive from
RoboBraille. Don't know if it's the most effective translation, but it's one
shortcut if you don't have Duxbury or Kurzweil or Open Book.

When you get the email with the converted file from Robo braille, you
can import that file into Duxbury or a similar Braille translation
software and emboss it with your Braille embosser using that program.
