Hello,
It sounds as if you are really interested in writing for the monitor. May I ask why?
I think that the best person to talk ideas with is probably Gary. It also might be a good idea to read up on recent issues of the monitor to get a feel for what has been featured. Has there been a theme? What does the content look like?

This electronic message has been brought to you by my mobile device.

Natalie Shaheen at our national office said that it would be inappropriate to do it because the coordinator opted not to write about the program for the Monitor. Gary Wunder also told me via email that articles for this year will be written when the 2014 Bell season is over. I'd really like to write an article for the Braille Monitor. Can you give me some suggestions as to what I could write about?
