[nabs-l] Windows 8.1 with JAWS

Hi Justin.  If you do get a new system, I'd recommend getting a
windows7 machine.  You won't have to deal with the screen issues with
windows8.  Windows7 is very easy to use, very similar to windows xp.
I am using jaws 13 with my system, and it works very well.
