[nabs-l] a few questions about creating blogs

Blogger is accessible. I'm totally blind and had quite a few blogs up
there that I took down later on I believe, but it isn't so hard.
Another good one is Wordpress. And yes, the URL would be the name of
what you want your blog site to be called. Like www.google.com or
www.nfb.org, for instance.
