I thought JAWS had a means of working with it. I remember someone several
years ago was using it at her job, but it's something I believe Freedom
Scientific helped her set up. I could be wrong, but it's worth giving them a
call.

I am not familiar with that specific piece of software, but Citrix is often
inaccessible, it communicates with the client machines using graphics, not
text.
