I have Open Book installed in my Windows virtual machine and on my windows boot camp partition on my macbook pro. Does anyone know the keyboard commands using a macbook keyboard. Fro example there is no insert key. I tried capslock-shift-L to read and that does not work. Thanks Suzanne
