Oh, IC. I'm sorry, I really have no answers for you. Hope you find a place. I know that there absolutely is a need for tutoring of this kind.

However, it is also important to weigh how well you can grasp abstract things. If you are good at visualizing things, online may work for you, but if you have a hard time grasping visual/spacial concepts, you may want to look for someone in your actual location. Though I have found a few people online who have described things to me much better than anyone i had contact with where i lived at the time, when I did find someone in my home town who was able to sit down and explain it trumped the awesome progress i thought i was making online. The only reason I bring this up is that math/science/stem stuff is chock full of abstract, spacial things. I hope that you find something to help, whether its online or in person, these subjects can be brutal.

I have checked into a couple of online platforms but they use things like whiteboards and stuff that I don't know how to use at all, much less with a screen reader. So I guess my question is: Is it possible for a blind person to tutor STEM subjects online without a whole huge extra effort?
