[nabs-l] Tutoring and outlook

For outlook, if you double-tap on the message body text field,
VoiceOver should either say "insertion point at start" or "insertion
point at end." This is a toggle setting, meaning that if you are
focused on the text field and don't type anything, then you should be
able to switch your insertion point from start to end. You want your
insertion point to be at the start, so your message is at the top. It
is a little weird that all of the previous messages in that thread are
in that text field, but that's just how it is. Hope this helps.
