When I'm on a conference call, I use earbuds or headphones to 
help with this.  It works every time.

Hi All,



Whenever I am in the middle of acall and am required to enter a 
code, for
entering a conference call for instance, the phone repeatedly 
switches from
the speaker to the earpiece and back even if one is holding the 
phone in the
very same position.  As a result, while one is entering the code, 
the speaker
mode automatically gets deactivated, thereby making it impossible 
to enter
the code.  What can one do to grapple with this situation?
