[nabs-l] NFB convention

You beat me to the punch. This is correct. In fact I'll be talking a little
about how this works during the Performing Arts Conference call happening
Monday June 8. 
As far as getting a VRC to consider it for this year's convention, it's very
unlikely that they would be able to do the paper work necessary to get you
there in time. 
That's something to consider for next year.

Let me clarify. The locational rehabilitation counselor will normally pay
once for you to go as it relates to your vocational, i.e. work goal. At
least that's what I've known all my life. :-)
