Hi, everyone,

I am so sorry my last message on this topic didn't go through.  I
received the message shortly before leaving the country and tried to
get it sent out in a hurry.  I don't know why the attachments didn't
show up as they should have, but here they are.  I appologize for any
inconvenience and thank you for your patience, as now I'm finally
reunited with my computer and can fix the issue.

If you have any questions please feel free to email me.  I can answer
from the perspective of a counselor in last year's pilot program and
as a student of other Blind Vision Inc. and World Access for the Blind
partnership projects.  Brunhilde Merk-Adam is the administrative head
of the program and should be contacted for applications and any
questions you might have for her.  Her email is included in these
materials.
