[nabs-l] Convention

Hi Hope,
all of the convention activities will take place in the Rosen Centre. As you’ve pointed out there is a skybridge connecting the hotels but as I understand it, it is not open all of the time and shuttles do leave often enough to take you between the hotels.
I’m not sure how it works in situations where you want to hang out after hours in the main hotel but I’m sure someone who has done it can tell you.
as far as descriptions of the hotels go, there are typically descriptions featured in the agenda when it comes out but I’m not sure if there are descriptions for both the plaza and the Centre or if only for the Rosen Centre.
I’m sure an internet search for last year’s agenda would get you the information you desire.
Look forward to seeing you in Orlando!

Upon calling the Rosen center hotel, they told me that they were all booked, but that they could give me the same rate at the Rosen Plaza Hotel. Evidently, the Rosen Plaza Hotel is 1 mile from the Rosen center hotel, and complementary transportation is offered between both hotels. Does anyone know when the description of the hotels will be available? Also, if anyone has assisted with setting up the convention, can anyone tell me if there is a sky bridge from the Rosen plaza hotel to the convention center which will be used as an exhibit hall? I know there is a sky bridge from the Rosen center hotel to the exhibit hall. Any help would be appreciated.
