[nabs-l] Outlook express

If one already has Outlook, it makes a lot of sense to check it out. However, it isn't free, although many of us
have it as part of Microsoft Office or Office 365. However, Windows Live Mail is free and shouldn't be ruled out,
either, as is Thunderbird. There are some options out there.
