Hi Sami,
This meeting is to put in your IEP a plan for your college accommodations so that disability services staff can better serve you. You should also talk about methods for self advocacy and other important skills.

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want; blindness is not what holds you back.

Accommodations for college? What you'd be doing after high school? I imagine that you wouldn't be talking about accommodations for the next schoolyear, since you obviously won't be in school, and that's what an IEP meeting is for, to talk about future accommodations in school, right?
