Hello All:

This message comes to us from a person who has repeatedly been banned from our list because of his previous spam emails. Despite repeated disciplinary actions taken against him by our moderators, he manages to create a new email account and re-subscribe to the list, only to continue the same actions which had gotten him banned in the past. David Andrews, our list owner, has told us in the past that there is nothing he can do to prevent someone who has previously been banned from the list from subscribing again with a new account. I would advise, then, that we simply ignore this message and any others we receive from this person, lest we give him any undeserved atention. Thanks for your understanding.
