Hi Minh,
I have not tried adding songs to a playlist shared by someone else, but I have created my own and added songs to it. I don’t know if these directions will help or not. I would use the app, since it is far more accessible. In the app, next to each song is a context menu. Double tap on the context menu and then choose “Add to playlist.” Then a list of your playlists will come up. I don’t know if the shared playlist will appear in that list or not.

Best,
Greg
