Hello Elizabeth,
Thanks a lot--this is exactly what I wanted to say. I think Kathryn
has a bone to pick and wants to target me here, but my message
violates none of the list guidelines. Maybe I could have been less
angry, but it's a subject I'm understandably a bit bitter about.
