[nabs-l] Bluetooth Keyboard for iPad using Voiceover

well, when navigating with the arrow keys you are using a function
called quick nav, witch you turn on and off via the left arrow plus
the right arrow.  to perform the double tap on your keyboard, press
the up arrow plus the down arrow.
