The driver's job is to drive, not guide. It's fine to ask to be
dropped off at the door instead of in a parking lot or across the
street. And if you're really in a bind, it's okay to occasionally ask
for help finding the entrance. Tip in cash if you need this extra
assistance. Anything more is inappropriate.
