[nabs-l] Issues Pairing Braillenote Apex with Iphone

Hi,
I am having a problem pairing my Apex and phone, and I think it 
is something to do with the phone.
When I have to enter the pin, the numbers don't show up any more, 
so I can't do the 4 zeroes.  It only says "enter pin", and the 
pair button is dimmed, which means it can't be used.
Does anyone know what could be wrong?
