[nabs-l] voiceover appears to freeze up

Hi, I noticed for the past few months with ios 9, my voiceover 
will tent to freeze up.  For example, if I was in the pages, I 
hit 456 enter and space with h on my Apex, the iphone will say 
"Home," and still freeze on the text box.  When I try to navigate 
using space with dot 4, then the status bar appears or it will 
freeze completely and I have to press the home button twice on 
the phone.  Has anyone found a fix for this? I restored my #to so 
to the newest software and it solved the problem for one week 
then it started to happen again.  Thanks.
