I also suggest turning your IPhone off and on again.  Make sure 
to go into the app switcher by clicking the home button twice and 
turn off all your apps before you turn your phone off.  This will 
let all your memory clear.

I am not entirely sure where the appropriate place to post this 
question is, but voiceover on my Iphone is lagging, like when I 
swipe to the read the next thing it will do it two or three times 
normally but then it will lag the next time.  I swipe, and it 
clicks so i know it knew i was swiping but it takes 3 or 4 
seconds to start reading.  So bssically, every few swipes it 
freezes for 4 seconds or so.  It does this in any app I am in and 
on the home screen as well, so everywhere.  And i have the 
lastest update of IOS.  So can someone give me some advice on how 
to get rid of the lag?
