[nabs-l] Question about SSI

Hi Sami.  I've never had to go to my Social security office to prove
that I'm blind.  I did have to go once, to straighten out why my
checks had stopped coming as direct deposit instead of via check, but
I've never heard of such a thing.  Maybe the different socical
security laws for SSI differ from state to state.  I'm not sure what
you could do, but I know how frustrating that would be.  I'd call your
social security office and talk to someone about the letter you
received.
