[nabs-l] Braille Transcriber

Hi All,
I was wondering about the policy regarding Braille transcribers 
in a college setting.
I have had most of my material given to me electronically, but 
next semester I will take math and will need Brailled tests.
I have a Braille transcriber in mind whom I know and I feel would 
do the job well.  I understand that she will have to be paid.
I am guessing that it is mine, as opposed to the school's, 
responsibility to pay for her?
Would the Department of Rehab cover it?
