[nabs-l] Popup Blockers

Hi All,
I am trying to complete an assignment with my IPhone, but I 
cannot complete it because it states that a popup blocker is 
preventing me from opening the page I need.  It also says "Please 
disable popup blockers for this site", but I can't find a disable 
button anywhere (I figured it wouldn't be that easy).
Does anyone know how to disable this?
