[nabs-l] Recovering accidently deleted files from a USB drive

Hey all, 
I was attempting to move some  Files from my flash drive to my PC. A message came up saying  that there were two interrupted actions. As I try to escape out of that, I realize that all of the files that I was trying to move were lost. I tried using the control plus Z feature to undo  the action but it did not work. I have tried downloading three data recovery programs and none of them are  accessible. Does anyone have a solution to this, whether it is with or without a data recovery program? I am using Jaws  18 and windows 10. so I would appreciate if anyone knew of a accessible program to help me out. The Internet also said going to the USB drive in file explorer and clicking properties, then finding the recovery job, but when I do it there is no such tab. Your help is appreciated.
