I'm not totally sure, but you might have better luck with the "share" option
in file manager. Navigate to the file in the file manager, and when you hit
the context menu key "share is one of the options. It then presents you with
options for where to send your file, including an option to save to Drive.
HTH.

Subject: [nabs-l] Bn touch and pasting files into google drive
Hi,
I've taken on a fairly large research project.
I've made a folder in my google drive for the data that I collect.
I've made a document in keyword, and need to paste it into this folder.
I've cutl the document itself from the location in which it was origially
saved.
How can I paste this file into google drive?
Thanks,
Jessica
