[nabs-l] Question for Fitbit Users

Hi All,
I've had a Fitbit for 2 years, although have been only using it 
consistently for the past month to provide context.  I also use 
the Fitbit app on the Iphone and try to remember to check it once 
or twcce a day.
I was wondering when you know to charge your Fitbits.  When I 
plug mine in (and I know this because my parents are sighted and 
have seen it), it's supposed to light up, but it stays black for 
quite a long time, before I am finally able to reset it.
Anyone else have this problem?
