[nabs-l] How To Learn MacBook Pro

Hi Folks, 

  I would like suggestions on how to learn about using the MacBook Pro. Are there videos that are accessible and other such materials or ways that I could learn about how to use a MacBook? I'm not comfortable in using one right now. I have a book about MacBooks, but I think that I'd also like other avenues for learning how to use one. Thanks so much!
