They will ask you the model number and can best advise you that way.

Hi All,
I am having trouble getting my Dell Latitude running windows 10 
to start up.
Normally, when I turn it on Jaws will say "password colon 
password edit" or, it doesn't, I just hit alt-tab.  Today, 
though, it seems friendzen.  Trying tab, alt-tab, enter or escape 
don't work.  The computer talks as if it is in keyboard help, so 
for example if I hit tab, it will say "tab" but not work.  When I 
do insert t, it says "Title is: windows sign-in" but I can't sign 
in.
Has anyone had this issue before or know what I can do?
