Emma,

There are ways to travel in a power chair and a cane. Not sure how although 
I know people have longer canes to compensate for where their hand is.
Best way to find out is to talk to a chair user with a cane. I think the NFB 
has a blind rollers list or division you could contact.

guide you? can you still use a power chair without sight?
