I recommend sticking with jaws 17. I've heard a lot of issues with jaws
18 crashing with Outlook and that's pretty much all there is.
Unfortunately as someone mentioned there's not much to do; "clearing out
your computer" won't work, whatever that might mean and it's not a
defrag issue.
