[nabs-l] Accessible Sound Editing Programs

if your using windows, gold wave is pretty simple to use, though its
plugin options are limited.  if you have a mac, I would suggest garage
band for this.  If you need any help, I am a sound engineer on the
side, so I'd be happy to give you any help you need.
