I always call those a screen board and I always made my own. There may be someone who sells them but you could go down to the hardware store and get some metal window screen, a clipboard or some other type of cheap, flat board, and some duct tape and make your own for less than $10, $15 at the Max. I used a crayon to write on regular paper but did not need to flip the paper over to read what I had drawn. On second thought, maybe we are describing different tools.

There is the sensational blackboard which uses regular paper and a pen or pencil. It is a thin rubber surface glued to a hard plastic board. Again, you do not have to flip it.
