[NABS-L] Denial of services because of out of home state schooling

I am so sorry that you are going through this. Maybe your counselor at the state rehabilitation agency feels that Summer courses are not essential to the completion of your degree. I would schedule an in-person meeting with your rehab counselor so you can explain why you need to take Summer courses.
