[NABS-L] running headers on mac?

Hey guys! I’m taking some social work classes this semester and many of them require me to write all my papers in APA format. I’ll probably have more questions as time goes on, but right now I’m trying to figure out how to make my papers have running headers. Does anyone know an easy way to do this on the mac in either pages or Microsoft word? I’d highly prefer pages, but at this point I’ll take whatever I can find.
