It will depend on what you want to use that technology for. For example, if you want to take notes, read books and other things in braille, then a  braillenote will be your best option. If you want multitasking features like the alt+tab to move from one document to another then your best option will be a computer. You also might want to consider the wait of each of the mention devices.
