[NABS-L] Trouble with BrailleSense Polaris

Yes - reset as in pressing f2, f3 and dots 1 2 3 4 5 6. 
That didn't work. 
I think techniclly taking out the battery then inserting it again should reset the device. 
Is there any other reset I can try?
