Meet Bex Leon who is one of our presenters at the Midwest Student Seminar! 

Formerly a social worker in Nashville’s juvenile court, Bex moved to Chicago to complete a master’s in social work administration at the University of Chicago. After graduation, they plan to follow their dream of policy reform, research, and advocacy with marginalized youth within the public systems which serve them. They hope their previous experience in direct service and their on-going involvement in social justice movements will shape and advise their future macro level social work.
