Thank you for your eagerness to participate in the 2019 National Association of Blind Students Mentorship Program. Below, you will find more information about this program’s timeline and process.
 
Prospective Mentors:
• The application to become a mentor will remain open until June 11th.
• Once you fill out the application, you will be contacted by Katy Olsen to schedule a phone interview
• The interview will be brief, and should only take around 15 minutes
• If selected to serve as a mentor for the 2019 NFB National Convention, you will be contacted by the coordinators, and assigned a mentee, no later than June 21st
• You will be required to connect with your mentee no later than Wednesday, July 3rd
• You will be required to attend the 2019 NFB National Convention in its entirety
• Further rules and regulations will be communicated during the interview and will be sent out once roles have been assigned

• The application to become a mentee will remain ope until June 11th.
• Once you fill out the application, you will be contacted by Mausam Mehta to schedule an interview
• The interview will be brief, and should only take around 15 minutes
• You will be assigned a mentor no later than June 21st
• Further information will be communicated during the interview and will be sent out once roles have been assigned
